Hi Mountain Jerky Cure & Seasonings Low Sodium Original Blend
Making your own jerky at home is easy with Hi Mountain's Jerky Cure and Seasoning Kits. Make delicious jerky from beef or wild game.
Ingredients: Each box contains a 4.2 oz packet of Hi Mountain Cure containing the following ingredients: salt, sugar, sodium nitrite (.85%), caramel color; and a 3.0 oz Original Blend Seasoning packet containing the following ingredients: smart salt concentrate (magnesal), sea salt, pepper, garlic, spice extractive, soy sauce powder [soy sauce (wheat, soybeans, salt) maltodextrin, salt] and not more than 2% soybean oil and silicon dioxide added to prevent caking. Contains soy and wheat.
Preparation: Mix cure and seasoning according to mixing chart enclosed. Contents will season up to 15 lbs of meat, 1 lb at a time if you choose. Simply sprinkle on meat, refrigerate 24 hrs.
