Hi Mountain Jerky Cure & Seasonings Sweet and Spicy
Making your own jerky at home is easy with Hi Mountain's Jerky Cure and Seasoning Kits. Make delicious jerky from beef and wild game.
Ingredients: Each box contains a 4.2 oz packet of Hi Mountain Cure containing the following ingredients: salt, sugar, sodium nitrite (.85%), caramel color; and a 3.0 oz Sweet & Spicy Seasoning packet containing the following ingredients: sugar, soy sauce powder ((soy sauce (wheat, soybean, salt), maltodextrin, salt), spices and chili peppers, salt, onion powder, modified corn starch, garlic powder, hydrolyzed soy protein, sesame oil, caramel color, natural flavors, pineapple juice powder (corn syrup solids and pineapple juice solids), natural smoke flavor, with not more than 2% silicon dioxide added as a processing aid. Contains wheat and soy.
Preparation: Mix cure and seasoning according to mixing chart enclosed. Contents will season up to 15 lbs of meat, 1 lb at a time if you choose. Simply sprinkle on meat, refrigerate 24 hrs.
