Pepper (red, black, white), salt, dextrose, garlic, onion, spices, sugar and spice extractives and not more than 2% soybean oil (refined to be allergen free) and silicon dioxide to prevent caking. Cure: Salt, sugar, sodium nitrite (.85%), caramel color.
