Ingredients: fresh sage leaf, fresh plantain leaf, licorice root, fresh stoneroot herb and root, fresh spilanthes herb in flower, echinacea angustifolia root, myrrh gum resin, fresh osha root, cinnamon bark, fresh wild indigo herb and root, organic cane alcohol, vegetable glycerin, distilled water, organic peppermint essential oil

Spray 2-3 sprays into mouth towards back of throat, 3-6 times daily, or as needed.
