ingredients: sea salt, brown sugar, natural evaporated cane juice, paprika, ginger, allspice, dried onion & garlic, cinnamon, black pepper, celery, cayenne pepper. Pure vegetable oil added for consistency.
Moisten pork ribs, pork butts with vegetable oil or olive oil. Apply heavy layer of rub on meat 3-24 hours before putting in smoker. Use with choice cut meat.
