Red Pepper - Crushed

Red Pepper-crushed is made from various combinations of chiles like ancho and cayenne, this spice has medium low heat. It is often used in pickling blends, chowders, spaghetti sauce, pizza sauce, soups, marinades, omelets, and sausage, or sprinkled on pizza and salads. One 1/2 teaspoon is equal to one small chile.
